Package Your Items
Place the unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected inside a shipping carton.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
